Can we customize the menu?
Of course! Our offerings range from coffee and tea and we can tailor our menu to fit the theme of your event. Our goal is to serve you as best as possible, which means tailoring the cart and our offerings as much as possible to your needs.
Can you operate outside?
Yes, and depending on your event we can bring a generator to power the cart.
Can you sell at my event?
Depends on your event. We love to cater special moments and have fun setting up at farmer’s markets and events alike. Contact us, and we can talk about what we can do.
How does pricing work?
Our price includes everything! The baristas, the cart, the drinks, travel time, set up and tear down time, and even the cat (ok, not the cat, but you get the point). If you have additional requests, like custom branding, then we’re happy to accommodate and can include it in your custom quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommended booking 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, but we allow bookings up to a year in advance and can do last-minute reservations for an additional fee.
What cities do you serve?
We serve all the cities within San Luis Obispo County and love to travel. We’re even working on expanding to select cities in Santa Barbara County!
What do you need to set up?
All we need is a flat area of about 5x5 feet that is accessible by wheels, a power outlet on a dedicated circuit, and a day-of contact to show us where to set up.
What’s included in my booking
Your booking will include our full menu, our skilled barista(s), and our coffee shop on wheels. If you don’t see something you want, then let us know in your booking notes. We’d be happy to accommodate and can include it in your custom quote.
Can we book recurring events?
Yes, we love doing recurring events, we get to know you better! We even offer 10% off recurring events as a sign of appreciation. So whether it be for meetings, employee appreciation, or even monthly dinner parties, we’d be happy to serve.
